    After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Vinayak Garden Valley caught my eye due to its planned yoga and meditation area, and the overall landscaping. The developer, Vinayak Developeand Associates, has included quite a few recreational facilities like board games and table tennis, which would be nice to have. The location in Hesag, Ranchi is accessible via Latma Road. I'm looking at the 3 BHK flats, which are quite large, starting from 1400 square feet up to 1870 square feet. The project is currently under construction with a completion date of May 2023. While the amenities are attractive, I do hope the maintenance charges once the project is completed will be reasonable. The proximity to Hatia Railway Station being nearby is also a plus for occasional travel.
