The location in Patel Nagar, Ekta Nagar is convenient, especially with Jawahar Vidya Mandir and Summer Hospital being so close. Having 24x7 water supply is a huge improvement for us. Assri Developehas also implemented a solid waste management system and storm water drains, which are crucial. The internal roads are good. We are particularly interested in the EV charging point. While the construction looks solid, the rooms seem a bit smaller than we expected from the floor plans. However, for the price point and ready-to-move status, it’s a reasonable upgrade from our rental.
