It is ready to move in, so they could settle quickly. The location near Chettinad Hospital is very convenient for their medical needs, and being close to the hospital is a big relief for me as I am living abroad. The price started at 27.8 Lakh, which I felt was reasonable for the location and size. The amenities like the clubhouse and indoor games are a nice bonus for them.
