I bought a plot in Bhoomi The Grove a few months ago. It’s a ready to move in project. I chose a plot size of 1200 sq.ft. The price was within my expectations, around 31.2 L. The location near Kelambakkam is quite accessible. I was impressed by the tree plantation and the overall green environment they have created. The security is 24x7, which is important. My colleagues recommended Bhoomi and Buildings as they have delivered projects on time before. I haven't started construction yet, but the plot is ready for it. The surrounding area has good potential for growth. It is a good decision for a long term investment.
