We bought a 3 BHK apartment in Viman Avenue, Viman Nagar, Pune. The size is between 1142 to 1289 square feet, which is quite spacious for our family. The location is good, being very close to Phoenix Market City and the Tech Park, and close to the Pune airport. Precon Realty included amenities like partial power backup and car parking, which are very practical. The price for our unit was within the 1.37 Crore to 2.17 Crore range, which felt acceptable for the area and the features offered. The main drawback we’ve noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hopeful this will subside after completion. The planned completion is July 2025.
