The apartment is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The children's play area is a nice amenity for when we have guests with kids. The location is reasonably well-connected, though the final approach road to the project could be a bit better maintained. Power backup and lift access are essential for us. We are hoping Vikyath Projects continues to maintain the common areas well.
