I was looking for a ready to move flat in Chennai and found Vikaan Vikaan Sai Sri in Chitlapakkam. The location is quite convenient, especially being close to S. C. S Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is just a minute away. PARVATHY HOSPITAL is also very close, only a short distance. I bought a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of around 1050 sq.ft. The gated community aspect gives me a sense of security. Having 24X7 water supply is a big plus. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
