The project is in Chitlapakkam, which is a well-established locality. It's a gated community with 24/7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The construction by VGK BuildePvt. Ltd. Looks solid. The only slight issue is the distance to the main market; it's not a quick walk, we usually need to take our car. However, the proximity to PARVATHY HOSPITAL, nearby, is very convenient for us.
