My husband and I bought a 2 BHK in Vijaya Tarangini. It’s 870 square feet, perfect for us as a young couple starting out. We got it for about 28 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which suited our busy schedules. The location in N R Mohalla is decent, with easy access to main roads. We liked that there’s a children’s play area, although we don’t have kids yet, it’s good for the future. Vijaya Enterprises seems to have managed the project well. One thing we noticed is that the finishings inside the flat are quite basic, not very premium. But for the price, it’s acceptable. We are happy with our decision.
