I recently moved into ACAS Hombale Residency and am quite happy so far. The ready to move status was the main reason I chose it, as I needed a place immediately. The location in Rajendra Nagar, Mysore, is very good for me. I work in the city, and the connectivity is decent. Having Narayana Hospital nearby is reassuring, even though it's nearby, it is still very close. The ACAS Group delivered the project on time, which was important. The apartment is compact but functional for a single peon. My only minor concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It’s not too bad in the evenings, but something to get used to. Overall, it feels like a safe and convenient place.

The location in Rajendra Nagar, Mysore, is decent. We chose this because it's relatively close to where we work. Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala is very near, which is a bonus. The ACAS Group seems professional. The apartment layout is practical for a growing family. However, we found the parking space to be quite limited, especially if you have guests over. The surrounding area is mostly residential, which is peaceful. One thing to note is that during peak hou, the traffic on the main road can get a little heavy, but it cleaup later in the evening. Overall, a good decision for our retirement.
