Looking at Victory Avenue from an investment pepective, the location in Banjara Hills is quite prime for Hyderabad. It's a ready to move project completed back in 2009, so the initial hype is gone and you can see the actual community. The built-up areas for the apartments are decent, with 2 BHKs at 860 square feet and 3 BHKs at 1360 square feet. This gives good space for families. My main concern is the age of the project; while it's ready to move, checking the condition of older infrastructure is important. Also, the lack of specific budget information makes it hard to compare directly. It's in West Hyderabad, which is developing well.
