We were looking for a home in Pune for our family, and Vibrant Casa Vibrante caught our eye. The biggest draw was its proximity to schools; EuroSchool Undri is nearby, which makes the morning commute for the kids so much easier. We also liked that Jeevan Spah Eye Hospital is nearby in case of emergencies. The 2 BHK flat we looked at had a good layout, and the children's play area is a nice facility for them to have fun within the complex. The swimming pool is also a plus for weekend relaxation. It's ready to move, which was a significant advantage. The area is generally good, though traffic on NIBM Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider.

The developer, Vibrant Realty & Infrastructure, seems to have established themselves in the Pune real estate market. I appreciated the landscaping and tree planting within the complex, making it feel greener. The availability of power backup is also crucial for ensuring uninterrupted living. The location is accessible, being close to NH-65 and Hadapsar Road. One thing I found slightly inconvenient was the narrow lane leading to the main road for about 200 mete, which could be improved.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Vibrant Casa Vibrante. The built-up area is 1097 square feet which felt quite spacious. My main consideration was the price, and 57.59 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the Pune market, especially since it is ready to move. The location in Undri, NIBM Annex is developing, and Vibrant Realty & Infrastructure has a decent track record. I checked their previous projects. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are good additions. My only minor concern is that the OC received status was not available, which can sometimes be a point of friction for resale value, but given it's ready to move, it was less of an issue for me. The proximity to NH-65 is also convenient for travel.
