The location in Shankarpally is quieter, and it's fantastic that DAV BDL Public School is nearby, which is perfect for our children. VHR Constructions is including amenities like closed car parking and 24X7 water supply, which are must-haves. The project is under construction, with completion expected in February 2025. Our biggest concern is the distance to major employment cente; Hitech City is a short distance. Also, the pricing details are not yet available, which makes budgeting difficult. We need to see if it fits our financial plan.
