The location is decent, close to Velammal Vidyalaya Ayanambakkam which is nearby, important for our kids. The project is Ready to Move, so we could see the actual plots. VGN Homes is a known developer. The main concern for us is the traffic during peak houon the main roads nearby, which can be quite heavy. We are still deciding on the construction timeline.
