    We needed a bigger space than our rental, so we upgraded to a 3 BHK at RedBrick Genesis. The location in Ambattur Industrial Estate is good for our commute. Having Velammal Vidyalaya so close is fantastic for our children. The gated community feel with 24x7 security is a definite improvement. We also like the rainwater harvesting system and the street lighting. The flat layout is practical. However, we did find the noise from the nearby industrial activities noticeable during the day, which can be a bit disruptive when we're trying to relax at home. We are hoping it becomes less of an issue once we settle in. The overall ambiance is good though.
