    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose VGN Coasta. I opted for a 3 BHK unit. The sizes are good, starting at 2652 Sq.ft. I was drawn to the ready-to-move aspect and the amenities like the tennis court and gym. The proximity to Gateway International School, just nearby, was a major factor for us. The project is located in Muttukadu on ECR. While the overall feel is quite premium, I found the access road to the project a bit narrow for my liking. It’s not a huge issue, but something to consider. The price range is between 2.35 Cr and 4.09 Cr, which was at the top of my budget, but I think it’s a worthwhile investment for the future.

    We were looking for a spacious apartment near the IT hubs and VGN Coasta seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats start from 2652 Sq.ft which is quite large for us. Being ready to move was a big plus for our timeline. The location is close to ECR, which is nice for weekend trips, but getting to OMR IT hubs daily takes about 40-50 minutes depending on traffic. The amenities are impressive though, especially the swimming pool and amphitheater. We liked the central cooling system idea. The price point is definitely on the higher side, starting from 2.35 Cr, but we felt the space and the VGN Projects reputation justified it. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
