We looked at a 1680 square feet plot, which felt like a good size for us to start with. It's close to Kelambakkam Bus Station, a short distance, making it convenient for travel. My wife liked the proximity to Velammal New Gen School, which is also a short distance. The main concern for us is the price point, starting at 27.72 Lakhs which is quite a bit for us. However, Sri City Developehas a good reputation. We are still considering other options but this is a strong contender.
