The area has seen significant growth, and the location is advantageous with easy access to the Chennai Bypass Road and Chennai Tiruvallur High Road. I opted for a 753 sq.ft plot, which was priced at approximately 65.89 Lakh. The development offea variety of amenities, including a gymnasium, a children's play area, and a dedicated jogging track. The security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance are reassuring. However, the price for the larger plots, going up to 1.61 Crore for 1845 sq.ft, feels a bit steep compared to other options in Ambattur. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is a point of concern for a government employee like myself who prefeeverything to be by the book before finalizing. The landscaping and tree planting are nice touches.
