My kids really enjoy the children's play area inside Vertex Capital Vista Phase III I, which was a deciding factor for us. Finding a project that is ready to move near GEMS Public School was quite difficult, but this location in Kantheru covethat need perfectly. It is only nearby, so school runs are very easy now. The health facilities provided within the project are an added bonus for us as a family. My only minor worry is that the nearest subway metro station is quite far away, so you definitely need a car to get around. However, the internal atmosphere of the community is very safe and well managed by Vertex Homes.
