I specifically liked the inclusion of fire sprinkleand a comprehensive fire fighting system which is rare in many plot developments. Being located near Tadikonda, it offea peaceful environment away from the city noise. I visited the site and saw the jogging track being maintained properly. GEMS Public School is about 3 kilometeaway which adds to the location value. My only gripe is that the area is still developing so you might face some issues with public transport for now. Having a peonal vehicle is definitely necessary if you plan to live here full time.
