It's also quite close to Chinmaya Vidyalaya, nearby, which makes school runs much easier. The price was around 60 Lakh, which was slightly more than we initially planned but the location and amenities justified it. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. Water supply seems consistent so far. A good environment for families.
