I bought a 1 BHK, which is 590 square feet, and it's perfectly sized for me. The location in Koramangala is fantastic, with easy access to amenities and public transport, including the Jayadeva Metro Station just over 3 kilometeaway. The HM Group completed this project in 2004, and it has stood the test of time. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. While the building is older, it offegood value for money in this prime area.
