The built-up area of 1270 sq.ft. Gives everyone enough peonal space. It's great that EuroSchool Undri - ICSE School is a short distance, making school runs much easier. We find the natural pond feature very calming. The only minor inconvenience we've noticed is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times.
