I looked at the 2 BHK apartments, around 1300 square feet, priced at 64.51 Lakh. The location in Mohammed Wadi is quite convenient, being close to the hospital and EuroSchool for my niece. The 24x7 security and fire fighting system are reassuring. The car parking is adequate. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but that should settle over time. The developer, Prabodh Develope, seems reliable.

However, the parking situation might become a bit crowded if everyone brings multiple vehicles. Also, the price point for the larger 3 BHK units is on the higher side, but the space is considerable. The Internet/Wi-Fi amenity is a good addition.
