Venkatasai Vensa Icon offered a 2 BHK flat of 1100 square feet, which is a decent size for our family. The project is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long after finalising. The proximity to the school makes our daily routine much easier. One thing we noticed is that the roads around the project can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction, but that is common in developing areas. Overall, it's a practical choice for families.
