The 2 BHK flat is around 1050 square feet, providing much more space than our previous place. We paid approximately 22.50 Lakh. The location in Pragathi Nagar is quite accessible, with NH 65 nearby, though the internal roads can be a bit narrow. It's wonderful that the project is ready to move in, a big relief after yeaof waiting for possession in other projects. The presence of a gymnasium and a jogging track is great for our fitness routine. We are still evaluating the overall value, but the Vastu compliance and the number of lifts available are good points. The nearby metro station is a bit far, though.
