Velmayil Sashti is literally nearby, which is an incredible advantage. I'm considering a 4 BHK apartment, and the carpet areas like 2664 Sq.ft and 3455 Sq.ft are very spacious. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2027. While the immediate proximity to the hospital and school is fantastic, the 20-minute distance to Avinashi Road Flyover and the By-pass is a slight drawback for accessing other parts of the city or for patients traveling from afar. However, the convenience of living right next to my workplace is hard to beat.
