The location in Peelamedu, near Avinashi Road, is quite accessible. It's been a ready-to-move property since 2010, which means the construction is mature. The price range is between 45.57 Lakh and 72.58 Lakh. I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side, especially given that OC is not available. However, the 24x7 security and power backup are essential for peace of mind. The proximity to NH 66 and Coimbatore Bypass is also a plus for easy travel.
