After working for many yea, my husband and I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Vellara Palmyra offered a 2 BHK apartment with a good built-up area of 1335 Sq.ft. Being a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provides a sense of safety we appreciate. The location in Benson Town is quite accessible; the Contonment Railway Junction is nearby, which is useful for travel. We also noted the presence of lifts, making movement easy. One concern is the noise from the nearby main road, which can be a bit botheome at times, but we are getting used to it. The 24x7 water supply is reliable.

We finally decided to buy our own home and chose Vellara Palmyra. We are currently renting and wanted more space. This 2 BHK at 1335 Sq.ft gives us that room to grow. It is a gated community, which feels safer. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus, something we often struggled with in our rental. The location in Benson Town is pretty central, which is convenient for reaching St. Joseph's Boys' High School and Manipal Hospital, both nearby. The only downside is the construction dust from nearby sites; it gets everywhere. But overall, Vaastu Structures seems to have delivered a decent product.

Getting to the Contonment Railway Junction is easy, nearby. However, traffic in Benson Town can get really bad during peak hou, so our commute sometimes stretches. Power backup is a relief though, given the Bangalore weather.
