  Relocating to Coimbatore for work at the nearby IT Hub, Velar Urban Square seemed like a good option. It's right next to Coimbatore Airport and Kumaran Medical Center, which is incredibly convenient. I'm looking at a 3 BHK, around 2260 Sq.ft, which offeample space. The project by Velar Infra Projects LLP P promises good amenities like a gymnasium and rooftop club. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in January 2027. My only reservation is the price, with 3 BHKs going up to 1.9 Crore. Also, the road leading to the project, Thriveni West Road, can get a bit congested during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commutes.

  I am purchasing a 3 BHK apartment at Velar Urban Square for my parents who are relocating to Coimbatore. The location in Kalapatti is ideal as it's very close to Kumaran Medical Center and KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which are important for them. The size of the 3 BHK, starting from 2200 Sq.ft, is quite spacious. Velar Infra Projects LLP P is building this, and they seem reputable. The project has good amenities like 24x7 water supply and a senior citizen siteout. The price is on the higher side, starting from 93.98 Lakh, but for my parents' comfort, it's worth it. I'm trusting the January 2027 completion date.

I'm evaluating the rental yield potential.

  We visited Velar Urban Square last weekend. It's under construction right now, but the model flat was nice. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows – they make the space feel so open. The location in Kalapatti is great, very close to Coimbatore's IT Hub, which is perfect for our commutes. They have a rooftop club and gymnasium, which we definitely want.   We chose Velar Urban Square mainly because of its location. KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is a massive advantage for our children. The 2 BHK apartment size of 1270 Sq.ft is adequate for our family. Velar Infra Projects LLP P is developing the project, and we liked the idea of a Gated Community with 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. The completion date is January 2027. While the project has many attractive amenities like a gymnasium and landscaping, the price range starting from 93.98 Lakh is quite steep for us. We are hoping the value appreciates over time.
