Nachatra Classic Phase II is a ready-to-move project, which saved us a lot of hassle. The indoor games facility is something we enjoy in the evenings. The area around Kalapatti is quite accessible, though getting to the Thotiapalayam Bus Stop takes nearly nearby. The villa size is adequate for our family, and the built-up area is comfortable. We are happy with the move, though the initial pricing felt a bit steep for a 2014 completion property.
