The location in Ramanayapeta is decent, especially with INODAYA HOSPITALS and Sri Prakash Synergy School located within a short distance. While the project is under construction until May 2027, the underlying land value in this part of Kakinada seems to be on an upward trend. My concern is the lack of information on final amenities but given the plot-based residential nature, it is manageable. It is a straightforward deal and I am comfortable with the progress so far.

The location in Ramanayapeta is perfect since Sri Prakash Synergy School is nearby which is a huge relief for our kids. Also, INODAYA HOSPITALS is nearby which makes it very convenient for emergencies. We looked at the 1415.99 Sq.ft plot size as it gives us enough space to build a comfortable house with a garden. The project is under construction right now and completion is scheduled for May 2027. My only concern is that the road leading to the site is a bit narrow at points but hopefully, it improves as the area develops.
