    After yeaof living in rented houses, we finally decided to purchase our own home at Sai Sadan. The project is located nicely in Jayendra Nagar, which is quite close to the main parts of Kakinada. It is great that the building is already ready to move into, avoiding any confusion about possession dates. Sai Sindhu BuildeEast Godavari was professional throughout our interaction. We liked the layout of the rooms and the natural light inside. The only thing I noticed is that the traffic near the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but that is expected in a growing city. For us, the peace inside the apartment complex far outweighs the outside noise. It feels like a genuine home.
