The biggest draw is its zero distance to St Joseph's Model Schools, which means no more long commutes for the kids. The price range goes up to 2.51 Crore, which is on the higher side, but the 5 BHK option at 3277 Sq.ft is huge. We also appreciate the essential amenities like 24x7 security, power backup, and a sewage treatment plant. The construction status is under construction, aiming for completion in November 2026. We are a bit worried about the traffic on Sree Maheswar Road during school drop-off and pick-up times.

We are currently renting and decided it's time to buy our own place in Thrissur. Veegaland Elanza offeconfigurations from 2 BHK up to a massive 5 BHK. We are looking at the 1257 Sq.ft 2 BHK. The proximity to Kuriachira Church Bus Station and Daya General Hospital is incredibly convenient for our daily commute and emergencies. The project is still under construction, expected to be ready by November 2026. The starting price of 84.88 Lakh is within our budget. We did notice that parking might be a bit tight during peak hou, which is a minor concern. However, the availability of a swimming pool and indoor games is appealing for downtime.

The location in Kuriachira seems good and it's close to Sree Maheswar Road. The construction is underway and expected to finish by November 2026, which gives me enough time to arrange finances. The price for this size starts from 84.88 Lakh, which was manageable for me. I also liked that they have a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The gated community aspect is important for security. I am hopeful this will be a good start.
