    We chose Si Homes Empress Place for our family because of its convenient location. We have a 3 BHK unit which is 1411 square feet built up. The price was around 53 Lakhs. The project by Sai Homes is ready to move, which was essential for us. The children's play area is a fantastic amenity, my kids spend a lot of time there. Having a gymnasium on-site is also convenient for my husband. The landscaping makes the complex look very pleasant. However, the parking situation can be a bit challenging, especially on weekends when visitocome. We have to sometimes park a little further away. The 24x7 water supply has been consistent, which is a relief.
