  Finding a home with good amenities for the kids was important. Vedic Villas Phase II offea dedicated children's play area and a theme park which my kids absolutely love. We chose a 3 BHK Duplex with a built-up area of around 1200 Sq.ft. The location in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur is close to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, nearby, which is reassuring. The community hall is also a nice facility for family functions. The partial power backup is helpful during monsoons. The overall atmosphere feels safe and secure due to the gated community setup and CCTV surveillance. It's been a good decision for us.

  This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Vedic Villas Phase II in Jaipur. I bought a 3 BHK Duplex villa which has a built-up area of around 1100 Sq.ft. The price was a bit higher than I initially expected, going up to 83.99 Lakh for larger units, but the ready to move status was a big draw. The developer, Shree Radhe Krishna Landcon LLP P, has provided a gymnasium and a senior citizen siteout, which are good facilities. The location in Vaishali Nagar is quite accessible. I am still learning about property management but so far, the experience has been smooth.

I was looking for a ready to move property for rental income. The price range of 45.99 Lakh to 83.99 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the duplex configuration. The built-up area for the 3 BHK units ranges from 990 Sq.ft to 1630 Sq.ft which offegood space. The gated community aspect is also a plus for security. I am hoping the appreciation in this locality will be good over the next few yeaThe project has various amenities like a gymnasium and a community hall which can be attractive for tenants.

  We were renting for yeaand finally decided to buy. Vedic Villas Phase II in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur offered a 3 BHK Duplex with a built-up area of 1350 Sq.ft, which is a significant upgrade for us. The price of 65 Lakh was acceptable for the space and amenities like the children's play area and gymnasium. The gated community provides a sense of security we didn't have before. The landscaping looks nice. One thing we noticed is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable. Overall, we are happy with the move.
