Prestigious Defence Avenue in Hanuman Nagar seemed like a good option because it's ready to move and they could start building whenever they felt like it. The plots are reasonably priced, with larger ones going up to 14.99 Lakhs. I chose a 4500 Sq.ft plot. It's close to D. A. V Centenary Public School and Marudhar Hospital, which is very convenient for my parents. The developer, info, has a history of projects in the city. The biggest issue for me was getting clear information about the OC received status, which wasn't readily available. Also, the developer's name being 'info' is a bit strange, but the project itself looks solid for now.

The location in Vaishali Nagar is promising, and the project has been completed since 2009, so it's ready for development. Having a gymnasium on-site is great for staying active. The main thing that put me off slightly was the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas. It’s quite noticeable when you visit the site. However, the proximity to D. A. V Centenary Public School and Marudhar Hospital (both 0 KM) is a big plus. Hopefully, the dust situation improves.

V Centenary Public School and Marudhar Hospital makes it very convenient for them. The only minor issue I found was that the road leading to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and bumpy for about 200 mete, which is slightly inconvenient for regular travel.
