As a young IT couple, we were looking for a modern flat in Pune and found Veddant Ganesh Bella Montana. We booked a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 563 square feet. The price was around 68 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. The project is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long. We like the amenities, especially the party hall and the 24x7 security. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is good, with access to the Aundh-Ravet road. However, we did notice that the parking spaces in the closed car parking area are a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The completion date is December 2025. It’s a nice project with good potential, and we are excited to start our life here.
