The price is in the 1.95 Crore range, which is substantial, but the developer, Vednirmitee Realties, offegood quality. The project has essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and security cabin. Dust from the ongoing construction is a bit of an issue currently, but I believe it will be resolved once completed.
