The Punawale area in Pimpri Chinchwad is showing good growth potential, and proximity to the proposed metro station at Hinjewadi, nearby, is a significant advantage for future rental value. The built-up area is 700 sq.ft. The starting price is 62.25 Lakh. Vishnoi Construction Company is the developer. Completion is slated for April 2027. While the project offeamenities like a gymnasium and a community building, my main concern is the lack of immediate OC receipt, which can sometimes delay possession. The rental yield projections look promising though.

We are looking for a new home for our family and VCC Viara caught our eye. Being close to schools is a top priority, and Podar International School Wakad is nearby, which is very convenient. The 2 BHK configuration with 700 square feet built-up area seems suitable for our needs. The project by Vishnoi Construction Company is under construction with an April 2027 completion date. The price point of 62.25 Lakh onwards is manageable. We really liked the idea of the kids play area and the swimming pool. My only reservation is the distance to the GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital, which is also nearby – a bit far if there’s an emergency.
