We looked at the 3 BHK options which range from 823 sq.ft to 969 sq.ft carpet area. The price for these is a bit high, going up to 1.05 Crore, but the location in Banashankari is very convenient for us. Having Deepanjali Nagar Metro Station nearby is also a huge plus for commuting. The project is still under construction and finishes in December 2030, which is a long time. One concern is the traffic in Central Bangalore during peak hou, it can get quite bad. However, they do provide two-wheeler parking which is useful.
