The project's location in Ramamurthy Nagar provides decent connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. The only drawback I noticed during my visit was the noise from the ongoing construction nearby, which might be an issue for some residents, though I assume it will stop eventually. The pricing is competitive for the Bangalore market.

We finally moved into Vayu Shakti Phase VII I last month. The location in Horamavu is quite convenient, with the Outer Ring Road not too far. This helps a lot with commuting to my office. The 1246 square feet 2 BHK apartment has decent ventilation. I appreciate the power backup facility, which is essential here. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also good additions for staying active. The main concern for us is the traffic around Ramamurthy Nagar during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Overall, the basic amenities are covered, and the price range was within our expectations for a ready-to-move property in Bangalore.

It's ready to move in, which was a priority. The proximity to Cloudnine Hospital (HRBR) and New Baldwin International School is a big plus for their healthcare and educational needs, being a short distance. While the landscaping and tree planting are nice touches, I hope the maintenance is up to par. The price point of 53.58 Lakh to 62.35 Lakh felt reasonable for the size and location. My parents are happy with the initial setup.

Pura Metro Station is about 2.84 kilometeaway, which is manageable. I bought a 1375 square feet 3 BHK unit. The apartment gets good light and ventilation as advertised. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool onsite is great for unwinding after long shifts at the hospital. However, the construction quality, especially the internal finishes, seems a bit average. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I expected slightly better for the price. Still, it’s a practical choice for a doctor needing easy access to facilities.
