We moved into Vaswani Exotica a couple of yeaago. The 4 BHK flats here are very spacious, measuring 2750 square feet built up, which provides ample room for our family. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice green feel to the complex. Rainwater harvesting is also implemented, which is good for sustainability. The location in Ashok Nagar is quite central. My only concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's located on a reasonably busy road. However, the 24/7 security and power backup are excellent, providing peace of mind.
