We chose Total Environment Van Goghs Garden primarily for its proximity to St. Joseph's Boys' High School, which is just nearby. Having a good school nearby was our biggest concern. We bought a 3 BHK apartment and the size is comfortable for our family. The project is a gated community with 24x7 security and water supply, which gives us peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting make the surroundings pleasant. However, the traffic on Kasturba Road Cross can be quite heavy during peak hou, making school runs a bit challenging sometimes. Also, the price is quite steep, starting from 10 crore, but the ready-to-move-in status and the developer's track record made us feel confident.
