The price was around 45 Lakhs, which fit my budget. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a cycling track within the premises for my fitness routine. The 24/7 security is also reassuring for me living alone. The only downside is the landscaping could be a bit more maintained, some areas look a bit dry.
