  We were looking for a family home near good schools, and Gokulam Apartments in Bikasipura turned out to be a great choice. Delhi Public School Bengaluru South is less than a kilometer away, which is perfect for our kids. We bought a 3 BHK which is quite roomy. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. The construction quality appeato be good. One minor issue is the parking space, which feels a bit tight for larger vehicles. Overall, it’s a good neighborhood.

  I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in Gokulam Apartments. Being ready to move was the main reason I chose this project, as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Bikasipura is decent, and it's fairly close to Kanakapura Main Road. Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital is also nearby, which provides some comfort. The apartment is functional and suits my needs. However, I did find the internal roads leading to the complex a bit narrow and dusty during dry weather. The price point was reasonable for a ready property.
