The apartment itself is decent, nothing too fancy but functional for one peon. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes, especially if you have guests with caHowever, the overall atmosphere is peaceful, and I haven't faced any major issues since moving in a couple of months ago. The developer, Swaraj Homes Builde, seems to have focused on basic necessities.
