The 3 BHK flats have a carpet area of 812 square feet, which is quite spacious for my family. Proximity to Crystal Schools and Synergy Hospital is a major convenience, both are just a minute away. The developer, Vasudha Developer, seems to have a decent track record. Power backup is a must-have in this area, so that's good. My only concern is the traffic noise from Ayodhya Chowk, especially during peak houIt can get quite loud. Also, the narrow lane leading to the project might be an issue for larger vehicles. Overall, it’s a practical choice.
