We chose Sankalp Manas Avenue primarily because of its location. Crystal Schools are literally at zero kilometedistance, which is fantastic for my children. Getting them to school now takes no time at all. Synergy Supepeciality Hospital is also right next door, which gives great peace of mind. We are in a ready-to-move-in apartment and the kids love the space. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is quite close to the main road and the highway.
