The location in Pundag, Ranchi is quite central, and it's very close to Ranchi Railway Station, which is handy. The 2 BHK flat is 1100 square feet, which feels big enough for me. We bought a 2 BHK flat which is 1100 square feet built up area, quite spacious for our small family. The price point of 39.6 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the size and the ready-to-move status. Construction was completed back in 2014, which is a bit old but the building looks well-maintained. The internal roads and landscaping give it a nice feel when you enter. Parking is adequate, which is a relief. Overall, a practical choice for us.

The 2 BHK flats are a good size at 1100 square feet built up. The project was completed in 2014 and is ready to move in. The price starting at 39.6 Lakh was acceptable for us. The main drawback is the dust from the nearby roads, which is noticeable. Still, the internal roads are well-paved and the landscaping adds a touch of green.
